As well as the mainstage and Good Shed acts which were announced last night on our latest line up we would also like to announce the first acts for our Treehouse Stage at this year’s Brownstock Festival.
The Treehouse Stage, hosted by Fréres events, is one of our most atmospheric small festival stages where you can hear the very best in undiscovered and new artists from Essex and beyond.
Best known for her appearance on The Voice in which she wowed judges not just with her singing but also her harp skills. Here is her first audition:
Southend based Youth Club first caught peopleʼs attention in May 2014 when they self released their debut EP ʻColoursʼ. It stormed the official independent singles charts reaching #25 and charted at #7 in the iTunes alternative charts. They are the first unsigned Essex band to officially chart right next to Adele.
Youth Club made their first appearance at Brownstock last year to a completely packed Treehouse Stage. So if you missed them last year make sure you are there this year.
These two acts will be appearing alongside this list of Essex’s very own up and coming, unsigned and grassroots talents.
