Do you sell day tickets?

We have no plans to sell day tickets this year.

Do I have to pay for parking?

Parking for the entire weekend is £5 if bought in advance here. Parking can also be purchased on arrival for £7.

My tickets haven’t arrived, what shall I do?

Do I have to buy a ticket for an under 12 year old?

Under 12s are allowed free entry to the festival, although their ticket needs to be booked in advance when purchasing your own ticket from here.

I am 15 years old, will I be allowed entry into the festival without an adult?

If you are under 16 then you will not be allowed entry into the festival without a responsible adult. The safety of minors is extremely important to us, so these conditions are fully enforced. Please remember to bring identification to the festival if you appear under 16 and are coming to the festival without an adult, otherwise you will be denied entry to the event. Acceptable forms of identification for 16 year olds are BLine cards, passports and Citizenship cards.

What is the maximum number of minors that I am allowed to supervise as a responsible adult?

An adult can supervise up to 4 minors at the festival.

I don’t want to bring my passport or drivers license to the festival, what other forms of ID do you accept?

We also accept citizenship cards. A great investment if you are concerned about bringing valuables with you to the festival site.

Can I enter and exit the festival site throughout the weekend?

Yes, you’re more than welcome to leave and re-enter the festival site, providing you keep your wristband on and display your parking ticket (if you are driving).

What time does the music start on Friday?

The music starts at 6:00pm on Friday, so see you in the main arena!

What time does the headliner finish?

The headliner finishes on the main stage around 11pm.

Is there an electric hook-up for my campervan/caravan?

Unfortunately, there are no electric hook-ups at the festival.
