We are very excited about bringing you the best in festival food options so we wanted to share some of the yummy selection of delights we have ready for you all for 2014. We have of course had the incredibly taxing job of tasting all of the Brownstock festival food to make sure it is up to scratch. Tough but someone’s got to! Here are some of our favourites.

Street food from Spit and Roast

The Spit and Roast street food truck, run by Ross Gardner and chef Justin Unsworth, will be leaving London town and heading to the Brownstock fields. They specialise in the highest quality rotisserie roasted meat. Just do not forget to try their buttermilk chicken which they consider to be their real party piece.

Tuckers exotic meat shack

Tuckers will be back with their ethically sourced exotic meats. Exotic it they certainly are. Try zebra, kangaroo or even a Wildebeest burger . They ensure that they only supply 5* quality meat from sustainable sources.

Burrito Boys
For a bit of a taste explosion you can head to the Burrito Boys’ stall which is also a must visit for any veggies among you. Monterey cheese, Mexican Black organic beans or orange braised abode beef steak. All their burritos are made with homemade ingredients. Wait until you see what the boys can squeeze into a tortilla. When they are not found at UK festivals like Brownstock you can find them cooking up a storm in Goa of all places. Yes, we know, that’s miles away, so make sure you get quick while they are in Essex!

Kalopsia Coffee
Wow. After all that are we about ready for a coffee and a bit of cake. Well don’t stop until you reach Kalopsia coffee. Serving freshly roasted speciality coffee prepared in Shoreditch for their lovingly restored van. It is just super cute! We also love their cake.

This is the definitely the secret breakfast spot of the Brownstock Team. Shhh, don’t tell.

This is just a few of the options for this year’s festival. Yes don’t worry THE STONEFIRED PIZZAS ARE BACK TOO and we will of course be serving up our own beef from our Aberdeen Angus cows on the farm. We will be keeping you posted on any other options over the next couple of months.
