For the first time we have teamed up with chef Jimmy Garcia who will be running “Jimmy’s Pop Up Restuarant” at the 2013 Brownstock festival.

All of the ingredients on the menu will be sourced from within 25 miles of the festival itself. Jimmy will also be serving our very own Aberdeen Angus beef, reared on the very land festival goers will be dancing on. 0 food miles!

Friday and Saturday evening will play host to an intimate 4 course meal throughout the early evening.

Canapes

Carpaccio, Toaste Pine Almonds, Rocket, English Olive Oil

Or

Quails egg, beetroot, Orange and Fennel Salad, Balsamic Reduction

Mains

Trio of Pork- Crisp Pork Belly, Confit Cheek, Pancetta Crisp, Calvados Jus, Spiced Apple Puree

Or

Wild Mushroom Brioche Bread and Butter Pudding, Asparagus, Poached Duck egg

Or

16hr Slow Roast Beef Cheek in a pear and bitter chocolate sauce, Dauphinoise Potato

Dessert

Eton Mess- Raspberry Ripple Meringues, Raspberry Coulis, Strawberry Cream, Fresh Berries, Elderflower and Mint Jellies

£35 per head for 4 courses.

Then on Sunday you will be able to sit down to a full Sunday roast with all the trimmings!
