You can now apply to play at Brownstock Festival 2015.
If you are in a band, or you are a DJ you can now sign up to be considered for a slot on one of our 6 stages.
1. Apply through our app. Enter your details at applications.brownstock.co.uk You need to apply by April.
2. After applications close the Brownstock team review all the applications individually. Last year we had over 800 applications. We then select a 100 shortlist to take forward into the voting process.
3. Then our audience get to vote for their favourite. The most voted act is guaranteed a slot. Last year we received 2000 votes, so it can be a great way to get your name out there!
4. We then get some of our headline and support acts, or key media to pick their favourite artists. In the past slots have been selected by The Fratellis, The Pigeon Detectives, Doorly and BBC Introducing.
We follow this process to try and keep the application process as fair as possible, and to make sure we don’t miss any of the best new talent from Essex and beyond. We wish you the very best of luck.
