Welcome to Brownstock Festival, revealed as the Secret Essex Festival.
If you have come here because you are wondering which festival #SecretFestivalEssex is we can now tell you it is Brownstock Festival, held on Morris Farm near Chelmsford in Essex on the 10th, 11th and 12th July 2015.
Our first line up announcement was made at 6pm on Monday 23rd February and we can confirm that all the following artists will be heading down to Morris Farm in July. This is just the start too, with many more names to be announced over the next month or so.
About Brownstock
Brownstock Festival takes place over 3 days and is now one of the most popular small festivals in the country. See some of music’s biggest DJs and bands up-close and in an atmosphere ram packed with personality and personal touches. We have been shortlisted two years in a row for Best Small Festival in the UK at the UK Festival Awards and for 2015 we will welcome 8000 festival goers through the gates. .
The festival takes place across 6 stages that include our mainstage, which for 2015 will see Basement Jaxx, Example and DJ Fresh headline and our Good Shed dance tent, home to some of the world’s most famous DJs, and this year Sub Focus has already been announced as one of its headliners. Other stages include our Treehouse Stage showcasing some of the best unsigned bands from Essex and beyond and the The Stumble Inn, our house tent.
